Malpractice Lawsuit Filed Over Joan Rivers’ Death

Joan Rivers’ daughter Melissa filed a medical malpractice lawsuit in the death of the comedy legend. According to reports, Melissa is seeking millions of dollars, claiming the doctors’ behavior was incompetent and outrageous. Sharon Osbourne says, “If a simple tracheotomy had been performed she would have never been lost…Nobody knew what they were doing. It was just all so badly handled. I wouldn’t rest until they all lost their licenses and I had a whole chunk of money…It sends a message out to everybody else.”
