Jimmy Eat World has announced plans to perform ‘Bleed American’ in its entirety on September 29th at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles. The performance is described as a celebration of the album’s tenth anniversary.
The announcement comes on the heels of two sold-out shows at London’s famed Forum, where the band performed both ‘Bleed American’ and their lauded 1999 album ‘Clarity.’ The band will be in Europe through the middle of July, wrapping up the run with a gig at this year’s iTunes Festival, supporting Foo Fighters on Monday, July 11th @ London’s Roundhouse.
The band have also added some other west coast shows to the schedule including, Nike US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, CA on Friday, August 5th, Del Mar Summer Concert Series in Del Mar, CA on Friday, August 12th and Tempe Beach Park with Blink 182 and Matt + Kim in September.
