Actor Jamie Foxx, who has won an Oscar for Best Actor and has many talents, including curating a Sirius XM radio show, has saved a life!
The “Ray” star rescued a man from a burning car last night after an accident took place nearby his home outside Los Angeles, a member of Foxx’s team confirmed to news reporters.
“Jamie didn’t hesitate. He jumped out and ran to the car,” a spokesperson for Foxx told ABC News of the incident and how he pulled the person from their vehicle.
The Ventura County Fire Department confirmed separately that it responded Monday night to the police report that says a 32-year-old man was driving his Toyota Tacoma when he hit a “drainage ditch,” causing the vehicle to roll many times over and burst into flames.
The man reportedly was under suspicion for driving under the influence.
Foxx hasn’t directly made a statement about the crash.
