'Call of Duty Black Ops: First Strike' Launching Exclusively on Xbox 360

First Strike, the first expansion for Call of Duty: Black Ops, will first launch on Xbox 360.

Activision today announced that First Strike, the first downloadable content expansion for Call of Duty: Black Ops, will first launch worldwide on Xbox LIVE February 1 with a PS3 and Windows release to follow at an undisclosed date, probably one month later.

Call of Duty: Black Ops First Strike features four new multiplayer maps, including Berlin Wall, Discovery, Stadium and Kowloon, and a new Zombie map called Ascension. Expect the map pack to sell for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15).
 
"We're committed to supporting Call of Duty: Black Ops fans with continuous updates to the game and exciting new content that will keep our community engaged," said Treyarch Studio Head, Mark Lamia.

Xbox LIVE Silver members who haven't played Call of Duty: Black Ops online multiplayer will be able to join the fun January 28-30, 2011 at no charge.
