Xbox 360 nabs 'Gun Loco' exclusivity

Square Enix announced today GUN LOCO, an all-new third-person shooter.
Square Enix announced today GUN LOCO, an all-new third-person shooter currently in development, exclusively for the Xbox 360.
Set on a remote planet, a collection of criminals are incarcerated in a prison with no walls where the only rule is anarchy as each faction fights for survival, power and freedom.
While pursuing and being pursued by opponents, players must make use of the sprint-action gameplay by running, jumping, ducking and vaulting, using the environments to their advantage. Each character comes complete with their own unique kill move, coupled with a mocking take-down taunt. The game also features 12-player online multiplayer with a range of game modes and arenas.
GUN LOCO’s characters feature a unique style with each created from original design concepts by designer toy maker Kenny Wong. Each character was designed from scratch as a real, posable action figure before being digitally scanned into the game.
GUN LOCO will be available in 2011.
