Seven Nirvana tracks added to Rock Band for Wii

Harmonix and MTV Games announced today the addition of seven tracks from Nirvana to the Rock Band Music Store for Nintendo Wii.

Harmonix and MTV Games announced today the addition of seven tracks from Nirvana to the Rock Band Music Store for Nintendo Wii.The lineup includes seven master recordings from Nirvana’s 1991 album Nevermind including “Breed” and “Something in the Way." These tracks join “In Bloom” from the original Rock Band soundtrack and “Drain You” featured on the Rock Band 2 soundtrack to make for a total of nine Nirvana songs available in the Rock Band music catalog available to Wii owners.This week’s offering comes from the Rock Band Music Store catalog of downloadable content already released to owners of Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3. Wii fans can expect a rollout of the previously released downloadable content until the entire back catalogue of more than 570 songs is available. In addition, the regularly scheduled future DLC releases for Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3 will also be available for Rock Band 2 Wii owners soon.Tracks:
