PSP update version 5.50 launches April 21

The latest system software update for PSP, version 5.50, allows users to check out the latest games, trailers and demos available on the PlayStation Network without needing an account.

The latest system software update for PSP, version 5.50, will be available for download April 21.The upgrade also offers PSP users the ability to view PlayStation Network’s Information Board--the live news feed detailing the latest PlayStation Store offers--on the system’s XMB (XrossMediaBar) interface (as long as they are WiFi connected). The upgrade is available from April 21.
