Atlus U.S.A. today announced that the retro-inspired action-adventure 3D Dot Game Heroes for PS3 is now available in retailers across North America.

3D Dot Game Heroes takes classic 8 and 16-bit style graphics and renderes them with the power of the PS3, giving classic gamers a view of what their favorite retro games would look like today. The game features a character editor where players can bring to life their ideal retro character who will then go on a journey in which there are secrets to discover, dungeons to conquer, and funny characters to interact with. To top it off, the game will retail for discounted price of $39.99.
