This is the best rockstar can do with the graphics? this looks like crap, looks like a typical xbox 360 game!

The game is suppose to look like that. It's the effect Rockstar decided to use. It gives the game a feeling. BTW you don't have to buy it.
I think it looks pretty cool, grungy and bad ya know, I'm sure it looks pretty cool when playing.
