If the game intro disappointed in any one area (and it sure wasn’t impact), then it was probably that there wasn’t enough real, on the street/track, gameplay footage included into the mix. Well, these latest trailers certainly put pay to that discrepancy, featuring high-speed thrills on an oval racetrack and through the confined streets of Ye Olde London Town. All in-game, baby.Oddly, Internet feedback taken from yesterday’s game intro revealed a somewhat mixed reaction to the tyre-shredding PlayStation 3 exclusive. While a great many faithful fans believe it to be the true king of the gaming road, there are an increasing number berating the fact that the cars bounce ineffectually off each other and the developers have chosen to forego the inclusion of vehicle damage. Although the racing comes first, and no one does it better than the GT team, maybe the detractors have a point? After all, slapping the words "Driving Simulator" on the series should perhaps be an all-encompassing statement that includes seeing your prize motor unceremoniously torn to shreds when piling into an Armco at 150mph. Hmm, the debate will continue. In the meantime, glory at the following clips:

While i have always found it odd that the cars sustain no damage... ever i dont think it would feal like GT if they did... just me? no?

I agree. Having damage just isn't in the style of the GT series. Play MotorStorm if that's what you want.
