Games for Windows LIVE is scheduled to receive an update in November.

Games for Windows - LIVE is scheduled to receive an update in November that will some useful features.

The Games for Windows – LIVE v1.2 update will include support for offline Achievements, the ability to see whether your friends are “joinable” in games, along with additional UI features.

The first wave of titles to support the update are:

The Club” (SEGA) – The Club
Kane & Lynch: Dead Men (Eidos)
Universe at War: Earth Assault (SEGA)
Gears of War (Microsoft Game Studios)
Viva Pińata (Microsoft Game Studios)
