Is EA crazy touting a Crysis demo that day and date of Halo 3\'s release? Maybe not.
OK, so if you’re a PC gamer and you absolutely have taken a vow to ignore that little game coming out on September 25 on the Xbox 360 with that Master Chief dude and all that, we’ve got good news.
Come September 25, you can still be playing something brand new-EA announced that the single player demo for Crysis will be lighting up rigs worldwide the same day Halo 3 touches down.
Consisting of the entire first level in Crysis’ single player campaign, “Contact,” gamers will get to try out first-hand the lauded visuals, crazybeans Nanosuit gameplay and open-ended level design that have made critics fawn all over Crysis for the last 18 months.
The word on the street is that the demo will include a huge surprise from Crytek; to keep PC gamers from going over to the dark side of console gaming with Halo 3 streeting that same day, it better be a BIG surprise.
