Quake Wars Slips Back Again
By Casey Lynch Jun 1, 2007, 17:04 GMT

Bummer. We have to wait longer to play Quake Wars, again.
Looks like it’s going to be a busy fall again – last year we nearly went broke buying all the games that came out between September and December, and now it looks like we have a new entry to add to the huge list of games like Halo 3 and GTA IV, and that new addition is none other than Quake Wars: Enemy Territories.
Yes, it’s a bummer, but Activision confirmed that the GDF (Global Defense Force)/Strogg multi-player blowout will slip back again, this time into a July-September window. This is the second time this year its launch date has been moved.
Originally developed as a PC-only title, Quake Wars is slated for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions as well.

Seen the full product in GAME storesJun 2nd, 2007 - 11:16:09
This is weird - I saw the full product - and it wasn't a demo box - even was handed the thing - it was in the cellophane wraping - was told by the guy behind the counter it was the full game - but he couldn't sell it as they hadn't been given a release date yet?! - madness - what the hell is going on?
