We have 10 new screenshots from Massive Entertainment\'s upcoming alternate history strategy title, World in Conflict.
World in Conflict is an upcoming real-time tactical strategy game being developed by Massive Entertainment, creators of the popular Ground Control. Based on an story by Larry Bond, World in Conflict takes you back to 1989, where the increasingly unstable Soviet Union decides to lash out against its enemies in order to stave off internal collapse. After being stopped by NATO in Europe, the Soviets begin a ground attack across the Bering Strait, attacking the continental United States with tactical nuclear weapons and opening a front on American soil. The game focuses on defeating and driving the Soviets from urban and suburban landscapes across the US. World in Conflict features a points system to be used for unit creation instead of the standard base-building and resource harvesting model of most other RTS games.
We have posted 10 new screenshots on our World in Conflict page. More information is available at the official site.
