Playable demo for ArmA: Armed Assault now available for download

The 21 mission campaign (including main missions and sub-missions) takes place on the fictional island of Sahrani which is divided into two countries; the northern one is ruled by a post-socialistic regime whilst the southern system is based on democratic principles. The story begins when political conflicts between these two countries escalate into all out war.
The first playable demo for ArmA: Armed Assault is now available for download.
PC users should visit the official site for a comprehensive list of all available locations from which to download the file (850MB).
The multiplayer demo features the whole of the Kingdom of South Sahrani to explore and wage war upon.
Demo missions include three combat challenges: a cooperative mission to seize an enemy held town, capture the flag for two teams and a battle of two armies over the whole Kingdom of Southern Sahrani for up to 60 players
Minimum PC specifications are:
• CPU: 2 GHz
• RAM: 512 MB
• Nvidia Geforce FX with 128 MB RAM & pixel shader 2.0, ATI Radeon 9500 with 128 MB of RAM & pixel shader 2.0
• Free HD Space: 2 GB
• Software: Windows XP or Windows 2000 and DirectX 9
ArmA: Armed Assault, published by 505 Games and developed by Bohemia Interactive, is scheduled for release for PC on February 16th.
