Ubisoft today announced that Driver San Francisco for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii is now available in North America.

Developed by Ubisoft Reflections under the direction of the creators of the original title, Driver San Francisco marks the return of the series that has sold 14 million copies worldwide.

Players take on the role of Detective John Tanner on a manhunt for crime lord Charles Jericho through the hills of San Francisco, with over 120 licensed cars at your disposal.

The big addition to this new entry in the Driver is "SHIFT," which allows Tanner to instantly change vehicles, deploy civilian vehicles to destroy enemies, and even take control of opponents’ cars.

Driver San Francisco also features 11 online modes along with offline split-screen support.
