Rovio has just released the first big update for Angry Birds on Android. The update brings support for a number of new devices and a complete new episode of levels.
Angry Birds now supports QVGA graphics, so owners of devices with this compact screen size should find the game running perfectly on their phones.
Also included is the episode The Big Setup, which pits the birds against the construction yard operated by the pigs. The total number of levels is now up to 195 on the Android platform.
The total number of Angry Birds downloads recently passed 30 million, and Rovio greeted the growing ranks of fans by launching a line of plush toys in their online store at shop.angrybirds.com. The toys, available for preorder, were well received by the fan community, with thousands of plushies already marked for holiday delivery.
