'Duke Nukem Forever' coming to Xbox 360, PS3, PC in 2011

Duke Nukem Forever will make its debut for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC in 2011.
2K Games and Gearbox Software announced today that Duke Nukem Forever will officially make its long-awaited debut for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC in 2011.
Duke Nukem Forever is currently playable for all attendees 17 and older at this year’s Penny Arcade Expo at the 2K Booth (booth #3417), giving the first hands-on experience with the game that has been in development since 1997.
2K Games hasn't released any gameplay details or a new trailer, so in the meantime check out this circa 2009 footage:
