Activision and RedOctane are being extremely short sighted by limiting the game to one band at a time. If they were smart they would create newer versions with themes. Instead of Aerosmith (God knows why they chose Aerosmith) it would make far more sense to do 70s rock, 80s rock, or hair bands. Instead of The Beatles, how about British Invasion. Incorporate The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, et al. Why limit your game to just one band, even one so universally loved as The Beatles? All you're going to do is limit your gaming audience. If this trend continues, I would hate to be around for Guitar Hero: Garth Brooks Edition.

People buy these games for the quality of the experience, not because they love every song. The Beatles Catalogue, with its relatively simple guitar parts, is much better suited to 'Rock Band.' Come on. Four People, Four Players.

Why guitar hero over rockband is my first question. The Beatles are hardly a guitar solo heavy band or even guitar focused at all. Singing The Beatles is a lot more appealing than strumming along.

Bring it on! And while you're at it, call Gail Zappa and set up a Zappa pack!

TT (who thinks the ULTIMATE challenge for a 'Rock Band' song would be 'Hocus Pocus' by Focus)

If this game were to come out i would by 2 copies of it and not open one until my other quit working because i would play it so much. No matter the time that some one is alive the Beatles touch someone in some way not matter there age. I am really pushing strong for this. Koo Koo Kachoo.
