Check your medical insurance and get your hospital gurneys at the ready, because Knoxville and co. are coming to the Nintendo DS for masses of idiot shenanigans that are as painful as they are funny.

RedMile Entertainment reveals Jackass the Game is set to smash its way onto the market-leading DS platform as a "bone crunching, free roaming adventure" that aims to successfully combine the innovation of the DS with "the stupidity and outlandish stunts" made so famous by the original MTV Jackass television show.
"Players are challenged to prove their worth to the cast of Jackass across five massive, open-ended environments, all while showing off some serious "Jack-robatics," outlines the game’s official release. "Jackass the Game DS also gives stunt seekers the ability to create a character and unlock a near limitless combination of customizable items and outfits as they fling and toss their character across each landscape in true Jackass fashion."
With specific stunt-based skills and attributes open for levelling up throughout the game, players will be better prepared to face evermore challenging and dangerous tasks as they strive to prove their fearless appeal to the Jackass team.
Furthermore, Jackass the Game will enable players to engage in multiplayer gameplay modes, which allow them to "compete against their dumb little buddies" in a host of head-to-head tasks.
