Foxy in trouble again – warrant issued for failure to appear in court

Hip-Hop diva Foxy Brown is in trouble with the law again. A bench warrant was issued by Judge Joel Lazurus for the female rapper after she failed to make an appearance in court on Thursday in Fort Lauderale. The appearance was to answer for arrest charges from an incident at a Florida beauty supply store.

The incident happened when Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, reportedly got into a fight with an employee at the Queen Beauty Supply. The fight happened after Brown was informed that the store was closing and she would have to leave. Brown allegedly threw hair glue at the employee, and spat at a man as he attempted to call 911.

The diva was later released on a $1,500 bond. In February, Brown was charged with battery and resisting arrest without violence (she reportedly struggled with the arresting officer).
