BadTaste have captured some new behind the scenes footage from the Italian set of Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron.
The highly anticipated sequel is not set for release until next summer – however filming is already well underway.
The 2012 first film was a monumental hit at the worldwide box office, taking a whooping $1,518 billion at the worldwide box office. Avengers 2 will have it’s work cut to exceed that.
Footage below is from a set in the Italian town of Verrès, located in the Aosta Valley. The video features a glimpse at new heroes Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen). Men in motion capture suits also appear, led by what looks like the movies main villain, Ultron. You may even get a glimpse of Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner).

The Avengers 2 is set for release across the USA and UK from May 1st, 2015.
Like the first entry in the superhero franchise, this film will also be directed by fan favourite, Joss Whedon. The film stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, James Spader and Samuel L. Jackson.
