yeah this movie was pretty much a half-assed remake of the first film. In some parts it seemed like they just screen-captured the special effects from the first one and changed the color slightly - so cheap and lame. also, what was up with all the religious crap? it was like this film was some sad attempt of zealots to ride the coat tails of the first film to deliver a few scenes of some douche bag with wwjd bracelet. this movie fails hard in every imaginable way.
