Well, the first thing that needs to be said, although it may seem trivial; there never was a horse named 'Bullseye' on that farm or anywhere near it. There were several other released 'facts' of the event, that was purposely fabricated for the media. Much of the information used by the screenwriters, was gathered from the local police reports, the county sheriff's office, the prosecutor's office, several animal rights groups, guided by some of those in the state legislature that had an agenda to accomplish. Not from those directly involved-which the 'officials' were not.
Horseman, was trying to convey, that the usual, meaningless conversation, is not necessary in these kind of relationships, which is part of the world, you seem to be so happy with. It's all an illusion. Just look at all of the phoniness of those relationships, that fuels many TV programs, from soap operas, talk shows, to even many of the shows in primetime or many of the other films that have been made.
The story of what actually happened, has not been told yet.
