That;s exactly what I thought of it! I went along with the passenger breaking out of quarantine because even experts agree there's a 'Stupid factor' in disease spread, but by the time the drug guy's minions were busting him out of quarantine I was groaning out load. It really was a throwback to TV movies in the 70's or 80's. It's a shame, it had a GREAT cast.
