The movie was more than retitled. It wwas cut donw about 10 minutes in the US version.

After the english dubbing was made, Wesson, the american distribuitor decided that the love story of Selenia and Arthur was too much for american kids and it was cut out, leaving a great gap in the story.

Selenia is about to be 1,000 selenium years old (10 human years) in two days. So in thwo days she must marry and be the queen of the minimoys. Also,a s a princes, her first kiss would grant powers.

That is why Malthazar wishes, her only her first kiss can cure him, to she trys to kidnap he, but Arthur gets on her way.

Selenia is always proud but soon she sees with another eye to Arthur, who loves her from the first time she saw her. She explains to Arthur that she has two days to find a husband as it were nothin important, but she smils dreamingly when he cant se her.

Later Selenia explains that they are about the same age. Minimoys just measure years diferently.

Later, before she confronts Malthazar, she kisses arthur. A gesture that is considered a marriage. Later when malthazar learns she is already married, he decides to kill her.

The succed in escape form Malthazard, and arthur has to retunr to his human form. She lears that they must wait at leat 10 moons before kiss again, and promise to returns, but Selenia decides to omit the protocol and give him a long kiss before say goodby .

Arthur succes his mission. He gets the rubies, stop the inundation, and the massai warrior stop Davido when hi tried to steal all the rubies.

Finally Arthur make vows to return to Selenia.

So in the ned, this is a love story within an action story. Take out the first and you end with only half movie...

O forgot.. Only in the US the film was cut. So all international version of the DVDs are complete and include the local language version and the full english version..

I seems we must blame Maddona voice for that, somehow people could not see her as a 10 years old fairy...
