Rich in history, this documentary captures many legendary blues artists performing with the young but formidable Kenny Wayne. While his talent alone is, in my opinion, just as good as the artists he reveres, he plays just enough to showcase his own talent, but really lends the spotlight to the others.
Several of the performers died soon after the recording, most notably Clarence 'Gatemouth' Brown.
The direction and cinematography is excellent, as is the music. This is certainly a 'must have' for any student or fan of the blues.
