I agree with your review that INVASION had its flaws just like any shows
currently playing, however I disagree with Mr. McPherson to cancell it after one
seaon..it has really opened my eyes to what TV in the 21th century is all about,
Selling Soap!!!

INVASION, just like in its premises is capturing and 'changing' viewers one a time all over the world where the show is just starting to be aired or just recently ended its season. ABC could have had three monster hits in their hands 'LOST' 'Desperate HouseW' and 'Invasion'

INVASION had a multi-generational appeal which did not please big
American advertisers which prefer the 19-34 demographic to sell..More
Soap!!!
INVASION has hit a nerve with TV audiences in many countries,
as it dealt with changes to our environnment, natural or man made disaster
, discoveries of new animal species, and ultimetaly the place of human beings on this planet.

I believe ABC and other network to busy to look at the bottom line
will feel the backlash of putting advertisers needs ahead
of their TV viewing public which are interested in great and well written dramas
like INVASION.
