Return of the King Extended DVD Clip

Note that the clip has been taken down out of respect for the film makers wishes. Apologies for any dissapointment.

We intend to project the intensive coverage that is so popular on our Tolkien fan site, warofthering.net on to all theatrical and DVD releases, on this site. So expect plenty to come. We will also be covering books and arts. Gaming will pickup once fully staffed.

This edition features the many cut scenes including The Voice of Saruman, The Mouth of Sauron and more. Apparantly over 50 minutes of new footage has been cut into the extended version.

Certainly fans will be glad to see Christopher Lee back in his rightful place. We would rather see more of him than Gothmog aka John Merrick ;-)

Also expect hours of behind the scenes footage and lots of special features.

The deluxe version also comes with a Minas Tirith model designed by Sideshow/Weta. Apparantly it is also a container of some sorts.

It is due for release in Decemeber.
