The homicidal trucker Rusty Nail is back with the unrated sequel Joy Ride 2: Dead Ahead cruising to DVD on Oct. 7th and starring Nicki Aycox, Nick Zano, Laura Jordan and Kyle Schmid.

A white-knuckle thrill ride awaits four young travelers on their way to Las Vegas when their car breaks down in a remote section of the sweltering desert. Faced with few options and a need for survival, the group borrows a car they find at a vacant home with plans to return it once they are on their feet again.
Unfortunately for them the owner is a sadistic truck driver with the CB-handle “Rusty Nail” who doesn’t take kindly to strangers messing with his property. With an insatiable penchant for punishment and brutality, Rusty hunts down the four road trippers with his blood-soaked eighteen wheeler, forcing them to play a series of incessantly ruthless mind games that inevitably lead to their torture and in some cases… death!
The Joy Ride 2: Dead Ahead DVD is presented in widescreen format (1.85:1 aspect ratio) with English 5.1 Dolby Surround and Spanish/French Stereo sound, with English and Spanish subtitles.
