By Patrick Luce Feb 15, 2007, 16:51 GMT

The final round of the Academy Award-winning Rocky franchise is upon us, as Sylvester Stallone and former Light Heavyweight Champion of the World Antonio Tarver, duke it out in Rocky Balboa - arriving on DVD, PSP and Blu-ray Disc from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment on March 20th. The DVD and PSP will have a suggested retail price of $28.95, and the Blu-ray version will be available for a suggested retail price of $38.96.

Starring, written and directed by Sylvester Stallone, this “inspiring” (Newsweek) underdog story marks the “triumphant final chapter” Richard Roeper, Chicago Sun Times) of the Philadelphia-bred boxer with heart that the world has come to know and love as the Italian Stallion, Rocky Balboa.  The DVD is loaded with bonus features, including hilarious boxing bloopers and deleted scenes, and the Blu-ray Disc presents these features in high-definition on a 50GB disc.

Rocky Balboa (Stallone) has now been retired for some time, but hard-up for money, he decides to step back into the ring against a few small-time boxers.  Everything changes, though, when Rocky is offered the opportunity to step in with the reigning Heavyweight Champion, Mason “The Line” Dixon.  Does Rocky still have what it takes to make another Championship comeback?

DVD/Blu-ray bonus features include:
Deleted Scenes including an alternate ending
Boxing Bloopers
Skill vs. Will: The Making of Rocky Balboa
Reality in the Ring: Filming Rocky’s Final Fight
Audio Commentary with Sylvester Stallone
Virtual Champion:  Creating the Computer Fight
