New chapter in the American Pie series comes to DVD

Prepare to grab your piece and run in the all-new, thoroughly uproarious chapter from the hilariously edgy and irreverent American Pie comedy franchise, American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile coming to DVD on December 19, from Universal Studios Home Entertainment and Rogue Pictures.  

This Pie is filled with the trademark laugh-out-loud, I-can’t-believe-they-actually-did-that antics, high energy and hilarious fun that have shocked and delighted audiences who remember “their first piece” of American Pie.   The ever-lovable and befuddled Mr. Levenstein (American Pie veteran Eugene Levy) returns in this newest adventure,  joined by the legendarily oversexed Stifler tribe including paternal horn dog Mr. Stifler played by Christopher MacDonald (Happy Gilmore).  This time, events take place in the world of college during one of the most raucous weekends of campus life -- when students let off steam to relieve the pressures of final exams by running in the legendary Naked Mile.

American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile features an outrageous cast of new characters and stars John White (How To Deal), Ross Thomas (The Cutting Edge: Going for the Gold), Jake Siegel (in his motion picture debut), Steve Talley (Peaceful Warrior), and Jessy Schram (“Veronica Mars”).  Directed by Joe Nussbaum (Sleepover), American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile is available in both unrated and R-rated versions and is priced at $29.98 SRP.  The pre-order close is November 21, 2006.
