Be warned: while the extras and the video quality on this release are gorgeous, Manga Video has taken a dreadful liberty with the gorgeous, dream-like opening title sequence. Rather than presenting it in its original animated form, they have taken still frames from it and superimposed English titles over them.
Now granted, if you're not a 'purist,' you'll probably still enjoy the rest of the movie. But if you prefer seeing films the way they were meant to be seen, I'd give this one a miss until and unless Manga corrects the issue—which, based on past behavior, seems unlikely.
Incidentally, if you're interested in learning more about this movie, you might want to check out my fan-created audio commentary track:

Thanks for the warning, and information. M&C's DVD reviewer Jeff Swindoll will be reviewing the DVD release so be sure and check out what he has to say. As always, thanks for reading! -Patrick Luce
