Proof comes to DVD in February

Hollywood superstars Paltrow (Best Actress “Shakespeare In Love” 1998) and Hopkins (Best Actor “The Silence of the Lambs” 1991) join stars Jake Gyllenhaal (“Brokeback Mountain,” “Jarhead”) and Hope Davis (“The Weather Man,” “American Splendor”) in Proof, the stirring and emotionally engaging film based on the Pulitzer-Prize winning play.In the spirit of “A Beautiful Mind,” Proof explores family issues of truth, love, genius and aging with superb performances from its all-star cast. The film follows the daughter of a brilliant but mentally disturbed mathematician (recently deceased) who tries to come to grips with her possible inheritance: his insanity. Complicating matters are one of her father's ex-students who wants to search through his papers and her estranged sister who shows up to help settle his affairs.The DVD will come with several special features including:
