In the Korean horror film Ryeong ("The Ghost") directed by Kim Tae-kyeong, the story revolves around Ji-won (Kim Ha-neul), a college student suffering from amnesia. She can't remember anything about her past; frightening dreams and a vague association to water are all that remain of her identity. Discovering that something terrifying happened to her in high school, she is somehow connected to a group of ex-classmates who are being killed off one by one by a vengeful ghost...
