Award-winning comedienne Catherine Tate returns as the Doctor's new companion, revisiting her role as Donna Noble who featured in the 2006 Christmas special The Runaway Bride. Martha Jones - who left the Doctor at the end of Series Three to break the unrequited circle of love she felt for him - will also return. The Sontarans and Ood are set to reappear.

The fourth season has been my favorite season since 2005. David Tennant does a great job as always, him being my favorite Doctor out of all ten. I must say too that the character Donna Noble is the best companion I have seen in a long time! I mean, Rose Tyler was good for a love storyline, but Donna brings so much to Doctor Who that in every episode she has her funny moments, then she has her serious moments. The character seems to even rub off in the Doctor when in almost every place they go they are asked if they are married! *laughs*
The really enjoyed the fourth season, from those terrifying episodes in the library to the great ending of the season, it just can't go wrong. If you are a true Doctor Who fan then this season is all you!
