Drew Barrymore claims her most terrifying experience – was being saved from her blazing home by a dog.
The sexy star says she and her then fiancé Tom Green were fast asleep in their Beverly Hills mansion when it caught on fire.
As the blaze caught hold in the early hours of the morning, Drew’s faithful pooch, Flossie, ran upstairs and banged on their bedroom door with its tail until they woke up.
The actress, who owns four dogs, revealed: “I’m not afraid of anything anymore. I remember I woke up in bed at home, and the house was on fire. My dog woke me up and saved my life.
“The only thing I could think of saving was my animals, nothing else mattered. You can always buy more stuff.”
Firefighters at the scene took almost an hour to put out the blaze. The house was completely destroyed by the fire.
Drew’s spokesperson said at the time: “The house is totalled. It’s a pretty shocking sight to see an entire charred-out house, but it is.”
Meanwhile, the 30-year-old former wildchild claims she likes nothing more than staying in and playing board games with friends.
She added in an interview with Britain’s Evening Standard newspaper: “I like pictionary, charades, cranium, taboo, scategories, you name it.”
