Dwyer will have parents thinking twice before turning their youngsters loose in those kiddie playgrounds found in assorted fast food restaurants across the country. Stephen Lecherc’s “A Bad Case of the Meat Sweats” is a suitably gruesome tale of a man overwhelmed by the need for a good meat fix.
