If you want to draw zombies, vampires, werewolves, ghosts or goblins but never known how to do so - this is the book for you. Full of easy to follow steps and guidelines, it shows how to a variety of characters.
It covers all the basic building blocks such as tools and composition. A variety of mediums and techniques are discussed and there are many many unusual tips such as sharpening a chopstick with a pencil sharpener, then dipping it in ink to get even finer ink dot tones!
Styles vary from cartoony to high fantasy. It shows how to create atmosphere particularly that 'creepy feeling' essential to drawing zombies and voodoo priests. Instructions are clear and all accompanying drawings are well designed.
A good basic reference tool.
