By Angela Youngman Oct 20, 2010, 17:27 GMT

This is a spellbinding, action-packed book covering three exciting episodes of the hit TV show! The powerful enchantress Morgause arrives in Camelot. Set on destroying the bond between Uther and his son, she revives the seven deadly Knights of Medhir. While Arthur and Merlin ride out to face the Knights, everyone in Camelot is plunged into a deep and impenetrable sleep - everyone but Morgana. Desperate for a cure, Merlin ...more
Anyone who has watched Merlin on TV, will recognize this story. Set in a time when Arthur is still a prince and Merlin, an unrecognized wizard; it is the tale of a deep enchantment falling on Camelot sending all of its people to sleep.
Lady Morgana is unaffected - what does this mean? The Knights of Medhir attack the citadel and there are few defenders. Merlin has to seek the help of the Great Dragon - but can he pay the price that is demanded?
This story has already featured in one of the TV episodes. It is a good story, inventive and interesting and will be essential reading for anyone who enjoys fantasy or loves the Merlin series. It would be nice to see some offshoots from the program - Merlin stories which have not appeared on TV.
