Midnight reading by Rowling will launch Half-Blood Prince

J.K. Rowling has launched a competition that will see children win the chance to attend the launch of the sixth book in the series, where she will read from the book.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be published July 16 and Rowling intends to launch the book with a midnight reading in Edinburgh Castle.

Seventy places are up for grabs to attend the reading and other celebrations over the weekend launch.
