Dick Van Dyke memoir is in the works

Harmony Books will release a memoir in 2010 about the actor’s life and career, according to the AP.

Van Dyke, who is now 83, will elaborate on his long career, as well as his own television show, “The Dick Dan Dyke Show,” as well as having worked on films with Julie Andrews in “Mary Poppins.”

Although the book is still untitled, this is not the first book about the actor. A number f books have been written about The Dick Van Dyke Show, though this will be the first book by the actor himself.
