Why bother reporting this part if you don't report the real news? That the handler assigned to Palin from Romney's paid staff was Nicolle Wallace, who previous worked for--guess who?--Katie Couric at CBS News. CBS was about to fire Katie and somehow Nicolle neglected to get the same guidelines and guarantees for Palin that McCain, Biden and Obama got. Hmmm. The edited interviews were .5% (that's right, not even 1%, one half of one percent)of the actual interviews. Katie's ratings went up, she was invited on the talk show circuit and held on for at least another year at CBS News, and Nicolle now works for Couric pal Tina Brown.

There was no Palin 'hit job.' It's time to grow up, and move on. It's not Katie Couric's fault that Palin couldn't name any magazines or newspapers she reads, or that Palin could not answer softball questions. 'When Putin rears his head...' ????

I'm looking forward to reading more than letters, articles and op-eds that Gov. Palin has written! For me this book will be different from all the other books from politician - It's one I'll read!
