John McCain’s daughter writing children’s book

When you are the daughter of the Republican Presidential candidate, it’s not difficult getting your children’s book published.
Laura and Jenna have done it, and add onto that a number of celebrities. And if it’s not a children’s book then it will most likely be a memoir or a cookbook.
But Meghan McCain's children’s book will be published by Simon & Schuster.
The AP notes that: “a portion of its net proceeds would be donated to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, which helps wounded veterans and military personnel.”
