Harper Collins sues mob daughter

Reuters reports that Victoria Gotti, who is the daughter of John Gotti, was sued on account of a $70,000 advance the publisher had granted Ms. Gotti for a memoir that, according to the article, was never written.
The article notes that the publisher and Ms. Gotti signed a contract for two books, and the article states that she was supposed to have completed the memoir in November 2005.
She submitted outlines for the press, but the publisher informed her that the outlines were not “capable” of completing the final product.
The article notes that this fact was mentioned in the lawsuit.
