Martha Stewart and Emeril Lagasse are uniting forces

That’s right. All 50 million of them. According to an article by the AP, Martha Stewart and Emeril Lagasse are merging, after Stewart’s company purchased the rights to his “ franchise of cookbooks, television shows and kitchen products for $45 million in cash and $5 million in stock at closing,” to quote the AP.
The article notes that Martha Stewart’s company has been earning revenues that are “below expectations,” according to the article.
