Children's literature lovers have the opportunity to meet one of the hottest literary up and comers, his Danger Boy books poised to be the next great adventure series to win the imaginations of children worldwide.
What do Satchel Paige, the House of David baseball team, the prophets Jeremiah and Huldah, and the globally-warmed weather of 2020 all have in common?
Why, they're all in "Danger Boy 4: City of Ruins," where author Mark London Williams will appear from a wormhole through time to be signing books Saturday, January 13, 2007 at Storyopolis, in Studio City.
"As a children's librarian, I need to keep up with new books so I can do readers advistory. Finally, an excuse to keep reading children's and YA books! ;) Danger Boy is an awesome series about a boy, Eli, from the future who hooks up with a Thea, whose mother was Hypatia, and Clyde, a dinosaur from another dimension, and travels through time trying to save his mother and the world. He's currently bouncing between 1941 California and Merlin's time. Written by Mark London Williams and enthusiastically recommended." Rina S., Librarian - http://rinadoll.vox.com/profile/
