Lee, a gifted yoga instructor and her talented, conceited husband are facing several potentially life changing decisions as they decide how to respond to a lucrative offer by a Los Angeles based company intent upon buying out smaller mom and pop style studios. This comes at the same time Lee is adjusting to her husband’s unexpected request for a separation. Meanwhile, a group of Lee’s dedicated students face trials of their own, discovering how much stronger they are together when bonds developed during yoga class blossom into true friendship.

The slow pace eventually picks up in this warm, chic-lit celebrating growth and friendship with yoga as the glue binding the group together. Readers will cheer when Lee finally discovers a backbone, stands up for what she wants and confronts her narcissistic husband. Well-developed characters and setting combined with believable subplots make this series introduction work.
