Bucky. James Buchanan Barnes aka The Winter Soldier.
Marvel is gearing you up with stories that revolve around him or he plays a major part in. The new outfit is similar to the Winter uniform and he has a gun on his hip. No one else could understand the ideals Cap represented better than Bucky.
