Spider-Man on the eve of Civil War in Amazing Spider-Man #531

With the cloud of Civil War looming over the Marvel Universe, Peter Parker has to help Tony Stark defeat the Superhero Registration Act and as Spider-Man stop the new Titanium Man in Amazing Spider-Man #531 - and Marvel was kind enough to give us a look at the art.
Peter accompanies his new boss Tony Stark to a hearing in Washington about whether to pass a law forcing superheroes to register their identities with the government. However, Tony ends up the object of an assassination attempt by the all-new Titanium Man and it's up to Spider-Man and his new costume to take down Shellhead’s old foe.
Be sure not to miss this last issue of Amazing Spider-Man on the Road to Civil War because once the opening shots of Civil War are fired, Spider-Man is going to feel the affects of the war more than anyone.





AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #531, (FEB061990), is written by J. Michael Straczynski with pencils by Tyler Kirkham and cover by Ron Garney. It arrives on stands on April 26th and will retail for $2.99.
